RBIS- RULES AND REGULATIONS

The school academic year is from August to June.

Parents/Guardians seeking admission for their wards shall apply registeration steps from  (June to July ) with the prescribed registration fee.

An admission test is held in months ( June and July )each year to ascertain the grade to which a student may be admitted.

Only such candidates who have had their names registered in a two months will be eligible to sit for the admission test.

Admission test is compulsory for all candidates seeking fresh admission to school. No candidate will be admitted unless he/she has appeared in the test and qualified for the class to which admission is sought.

Parents/Guardians are instructed to fill-in the admission forms with utmost accuracy. No changes will be permitted thereafter, for any reason whatsoever.

The correct date of birth of the applicant will be supported with a proper certificate and it will not be changed later.

Before withdrawing a student from the school, a month’s notices will be given or a month’s fees in lieu of notice will be deposited.

No school leaving certificate will be issued unless requested in writing by the parents and all dues are cleared.

The Principal reserves the right to expel a student who fails to make satisfactory progress in his/her studies or whose conduct is in any way, detrimental to the discipline of the institution, for using a school online system space in unlegalway, without prior notice to the parents.

Any pupil failing in succession in the subject , to repeat an exam again, a parents should pay a extra fees for exam repetition .

Only online mode of payment of school fees will be accepted by (Bankak application) in Sudanese currency, we accepts bank transfer from another country by USD or equal in Sudanese currency.

Bank charges if applicable as per bank norms will be collected.

Those seeking admission in the mid-term shall have to pay the full fees of academic year.

The school reserves the right to amend policies, rules, regulations and fees without prior notice.

Any pupil failing in succession in the subject,  a parents should pay a extra fees  to repeat an exam again.
